I live in a smoke free home. There will never be any contact with smoke and my fursuits.▪︎Payment
All Payments will be made through PayPal. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.I will never ship out a fursuit until it is paid in full.I accept upfront cash payment for premades if you wish to pick up at a convention, or have the suit delivered to you. I can deliver in central Alberta, CanadaI will accept payment plans for expensive purchases or commissions. A payment plan will be discussed with the buyer before any money is sent.I require an upfront %30 down payment for any purchase on a payment plan. For premades, payment plans cannot exceed 4 months.For commissions, I will require %20 of the remaining payment before furring. All progress will be paused until payment is sent.Once the suit is nearing completion I will require the remaining %50 to be paid before I ship the suit.If a buyer fails to pay the remaining amount by the agreed date I will relist the suit for sale.▪︎Refunds
If you back out of a purchase once money has already been sent I cannot refund the amount PayPal takes for fees.Once work started the down payment can not be refunded.Once a suit has been fully paid and shipped, I will not accept refunds under any circumstances.If you back out or file a chargeback during the construction of your commission, I will finish and sell the suit. I retain the right to sell the suit as is with no changes made to the design if the suit has already been completed.▪︎Shipping
I offer free shipping in Canada. Buyer pays international shipping. Shipping cost will be calculated before the invoice is sent. I am willing to provide a shipping quote before purchase for serious buyers only, as I will need your address. Please keep in mind that shipping can cost up to or over $100 depending on location.
I am not responsible for any lost items or damages that occurred during shipping.The buyer must pay any shipping related fees once the suit is in transit.▪︎Damages and repairs
I will do refurbs free of charge for mistakes that were made by me during construction. (Ei: something wasn't sewn properly, glued down properly, ect.) This only applies for the first 90 days of owning the suit. Please contact me immediately if there are any issues with the suit so I can get it fixed asap. I will pay shipping for the first 90 days. Any returns after the 90 days must have shipping paid in full. Any damages to the suit that were the fault of the buyer will not be covered by me. This includes neglect, misuse and improper care. Any neglect to the suit that results in damages will immediately void the 90 day free repair. Buyer must pay shipping in full both ways if they wish to have it repaired by me.Using a suit for nsfw purposes voids all warranty. I will not accept a suit back under any circumstances, even if its been cleaned.▪︎Rights and ownership
I retain the right to use photos of any product for social media, promotional material or a portfolio.If you do not wish to have a commission posted during the construction stages you must state so before I accept the commission.All completed work will be posted to my social media.▪︎Reselling
You cannot sell a suit for more than you paid unless it has extra art, parts or has been refurbished.In the event that a suit is resold or traded, I would love to know the new owners socials so I can stay updated with it. This is not mandatory but appreciated.▪︎Contact
In the event in which a buyer fails to respond in two weeks I will either pause the commission or relist the purchase for sale if it was a premade item. I will always attempt to reach out beforehand.If you know you will be unable to answer any messages regarding a commission or purchase please let me know in advance.In order to make sure we do not lose contact, it is greatly appreciated if you provide another method of contact if you are not active on the platform being used. Any method of contact is acceptable.▪︎I have the right to refuse service. I do not have to provide a reason for refusal.▪︎
